Order Delivery

All Milanna Jewellery orders are shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post Parcel Post with FREE standard shipping. Tracking details are provided where available, although some orders may be delivered without tracking.

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 3–7 business days, including order processing and transit. Delivery times may vary due to postal delays or circumstances outside our control. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number and the email address used to place your order so we can investigate and assist.
